How do I get the used fonts in my logo?
The actual font files are not included in the logo package. You received the names of the used fonts as part of your "Branding Guidelines". With that information you can search for the fonts online - they are often available on different websites and can sometimes also be downloaded for free.
Where do I find the demo images that were displayed in the preview?
The demo-images are included in the "Watermark" package in Full HD resolution. To put the transparent watermark files over those images you can use tools like Adobe Photoshop or any image viewer. The product-related demo images from the preview (shirts, business cards etc.) are not included, but can be viewed again for inspirational reasons if you click on the "Copy To Logo Maker" button in your account.
How can I make business cards (or other merchandise material)?
Please note that we only offer logo design. You received Vector files in PDF/EPS format ("Print-Ready" files) which you can use to get business cards or similar products made. Any printing company will know how to handle those files.

- The vector files always come with a transparent background. That's best practice for any printing scenario. The background color is normally added in the process of printing. The main reason is that it highly depends on the shape of the surface you are printing on. Imagine a rounded sign that you want to print on. The rectangular shape of your logo background would be a problem there.
- It's not unusual that the vector format EPS cannot be opened/viewed on your computer or smartphone because a program might be missing which can open it. However the printing shop will definitely know how to handle this file. The same is true for the PDF files.
